Back-Orders info and rules

🛍️ Back-Orders: how does it work?

On nerdbeast.eu we consider back-orders titles that have been already published and could be purchased from retailers but that we don't currently have in stock (we might have sold out all the copies or never had those titles). Such titles might or might not be available from our suppliers. By default, since having an up-to-date synchronized back-orders catalog with titles actually available from supplier is not feasible, we let customers purchase published titles that we don't have in stock as back-orders. Then we check our suppliers catalogs and if the titles are actually available we order them, otherwise we will immediately refund the amount spent* by the customer and mark the title as "out of stock" (non purchasable).

*refund might take some days depending on the payment method and/or your bank

💵 Ordering And Payment

Like Pre-Orders, Back-Orders must be paid upfront, anyway you are free to cancel your back-order at any time! To cancel your order you can write to us at info@nerdbeast.eu or use the contact form and we will issue a complete refund (as soon as we receive your request).

BEAR IN MIND: Do not mix back-orders with in-stock items, because you'll have to wait for all the items to be available. Instead, place multiple separate orders if you want your items delivered as soon as possible.
Of course multiple orders might means to pay multiple shipping fees (read here for details), so in the end it's up to you to group ordered items strategically to save money and to receive them when you wish!

🚚 Shipping

Since back-ordered items will arrive weeks after the order has been placed, we will email you as soon as we have the merch in stock in order to know if we can ship the items immediately, or you need a delayed shipping (since you might be far from home).
