Pre-Orders info and rules
Pre-Orders: how does it work?
Each month our allies (suppliers) from the outer rim (USA), provide a catalog with tons of new beautiful products that will be released in the months to come (usually 1 to 4).
This allows the retailers like NerdBeast, to place orders in advance and to ensure that all the customers (like you) will have their item(s) secured and at a lower price.
Premium collectibles (omnibus, absolute, statues, special card editions...) are in fact usually produced in limited runs and often sell out in few weeks (or even days), so that's why pre-ordering is usually the best move to be sure you'll get what you want.
We will publish the pre-orderable products each month on nerdbeast.eu under the "Pre-Orders" section and sub-sections.
For each pre-order you will see 2 dates:
Availability Date ("Coming"): this is the expected date on which the product is supposed to be available in stores (usually the retailers receive the merch few days before this date, but there are also some cases in which the release date is delayed)
FOC Date (Final Order Cutoff): this is the last date allowed for pre-ordering and securing your desired item at the best possible price. After this date you will have to wait for in-stock availability and a lower discount. In-stock availability once a pre-order has been closed is not granted (there are hundreds or even thousands of titles coming out each month and we can't afford to order them all).
Ordering And Payment
Pre-Orders must be paid upfront in order to allow us to offer the best possible discount and to simplify our workflow.
BEAR IN MIND: If you add multiple pre-orders in the same order, be sure that the availability date of each product is close enough (ideally same month), since we will ship all the items in a single shipment only when we have them all!
For the same reason, do not mix pre-orders with in-stock items, because you'll have to wait for all the items to be available. Instead, place multiple separate orders if you want your items delivered as soon as possible.
Of course multiple orders might means to pay multiple shipping fees (read here for details), so in the end it's up to you to group ordered items strategically to save money and to receive them when you wish!
Shipping
Since pre-ordered items might arrive months after the order has been placed, we will email you as soon as we have the merch in stock in order to know if we can ship the items immediately, or you need a delayed shipping (since you might be far from home).
