Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. 
You can't cancel the order once it has been placed, but you can request a full or partial refund before the FOC date (read here for details), once the FOC date has passed you are not eligible for a refund anymore (since we have already ordered the items and paid the supplier(s)).
