Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order or back-order, in both cases you are allowed to purchase something that we don't have in our stock at the moment. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.  

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying product(s) not yet in inventory that will be available in the next weeks or months. We collect full payment at checkout to simplify our workflow and to avoid buying items from suppliers that later on are not actually claimed by customers.

Back-orders

When you purchase a back-order, you are buying product(s) that we have sold out or we never had in our inventory. We collect full payment at checkout to simplify our workflow and to avoid buying items from suppliers that later on are not actually claimed by customers.
