Return eligibility and coverage

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. 

 

How to return your purchased items

Return shipment

We do not provide return labels for shipping, unless the product is clearly defected (like a misprinted book with upside down pages) or it's not the product you were expected to receive (meaning that you ordered "X" and we shipped "Y" by mistake). So, if you want to return the received items just because you have changed your mind, you are free to do it (within the 14 days), but you have to cover the shipping costs to return the items to us and be sure to ship them safely as we do.

If the item(s) returned are received damaged and/or with missing parts we reserve the rights to offer a partial refund depending on the item(s) conditions.
