• 🇨🇭 Switzerland: €15 | FREE on orders €200+
• 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: €15 | FREE on orders €200+
• 🌍 Rest of the World: €40 – €60 (USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand)

BE AWARE: non-EU countries (UK, CH, USA...) depending on the ordered item(s) type and/or quantity might incur in extra custom fees (usually 0-20%) once the merchandise has been imported. We advice to verify your country rules before ordering in order to avoid unpleasant surprises! Thanks. 

⏱️ Time

We ship In-Stock purchased items between 24 and 48 hours upon receiving the payment (depending on the order date and our workload).

For Pre-Orders items we ship them once available, according to the customer preference (we will contact you once we receive the items from suppliers). Read "Pre-Orders Info And Rules" for details.

The time required for the delivery depends on the destination country and the type of selected shipment, it might vary between 1/4 days if you are in Europe to 7/20 days if you live outside the EU.

📦 Packaging 

We handle our items like they were priceless artistic artifacts going to be exposed in a museum, so you don't have anything to worry about.

Each item is properly wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wraps and gently inserted into a top-notch quality cardboard boxes.
The boxes are assembled with the upmost care and carefully sealed with tape in order to hold heavy weights and resist against undesired impacts during transport and delivery.
While providing the best possible packaging quality in terms of security, we also prepare boxes in such a way that it's easy for the customer to unbox the content and to avoid damaging it while doing so. 
Moreover, we do our best to keep the shipping box as compact and lighter as possible while maintaining the most possible reliability, since we don't want to waste materials nor sending cumbersome packaging to the customer.
We aim for the perfect balance between security and efficiency (Thanos would say "perfectly balanced").
